The Pornstar Martini traces its origins to London in the 1990s and remains wildly popular today. Our version has the fresh-sour taste of fresh passion fruit that is complemented by the sweetness of a hint of vanilla. A great combination that results in a silky smooth taste experience.
Strawberry Daiquiri
Playa Daiquiri is a Cuban beach, near Santiago de Cuba. It was in a classic bar near this beach where the Daiquiri cocktail was coined by miners around 1900, as a refreshing cool down after hard work. Over the years, variations have emerged, of which the 'Strawberry Daiquiri' is perhaps the most iconic. One of the key ingredients we use is Singa Singaga strawberries. These are among the top two varieties in the world and are the most suitable for use in cocktails. The Daiquiri lends itself perfectly to a cocktail sorbet, as the drink was also originally served ice cold in a glass full of crushed ice.
Piña Colada
The Piña Colada is a classic from Costa Rica. The cocktail originated in the 1950s, using the typical Costa Rican fruits coconut and pineapple and locally brewed white rum. Based on this flavorful combination, the unique AYCE recipe was created for the Piña Colada cocktail sorbet.
